My 6-month kitten is lethargic, not eating, with eye/nose discharge.

Kitten, 6 months, i problem but lost it, puss out nose and green stuff out of eyes. used Terramycin for eye and no help. Kitten lethargic,oriented and twitching now, tried to get antibiotic through dr foster and cannot without approval. Also today quit eating. What is possible for help

This is a medical emergency, and Bonney needs to see a vet now. She sounds quite sick, and it's actually extremely serious when a cat stops eating. They will develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment if they do not eat for a couple of days. That must be prevented, and the only way to get the needed treatment for her is through a vet. You cannot treat this at home. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
