My dog has itchy skin, shedding, and tummy issues. What food to try?

Question

Looking to change Lous food from pure balance grain free a mixture of wet and dry (it’s all he would eat after surgery) but he’s shedding like crazy and his face is super itchy and he’s so flaky. Along with tummy trouble. His belly gurgles and the gas is outrageous. He has also had a bit of soft stools and this morning a little vomiting. I’m not sure where to start on looking for something else. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 7 months old | 23 lbs
