Old dog has yellow eyes, vomiting, won't eat. How to ease suffering?

My dog has yellow eyes, skin and gums, fast breathing and doesn't want to eat or drink. On the rare occasion she eats a meal she often vomits afterwards and it is yellow. I cannot afford vet bills, is there anything I can do/give to help ease her suffering? She is 15. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 14 years and 8 months old

Oh my. I am so sorry but i sounds like Kegsi is in liver failure. I would highly recommend considering humane euthanasia if you can't go forward with proper testing and treatment at this time. It is a good possibility that she has a severe liver condition that has a poor prognosis, or that will require hospitalization stay and IV fluids to treat for. I would suggest taking her in to discuss these options with your vet right away to help prevent any more suffering on her part. : ( I am so sorry again and wish you all the best moving forward with Kegsi.
