My cat's UTI antibiotic dose: what if I give it early or late?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 11 lbs

Would it be okay for my cat to take her dose of Pradofloxcin either 12 hours early or six hours later than usual? This is for a uti.

It's best that Emma take her antibiotic as close as possible to her scheduled dose. If you absolutely cannot give it to her on time, I would not give it early. Give it later, and adjust the time you give her next dose to keep it on its prescribed scheduled. I hope this helps.
