My cat's eyes are swollen after using a new tear cleaner. Is this normal?

I just used a new tear cleaning product on Rambo. Today was a second day I have used it, but I just noticed that his eyes look swollen up. Is that normal? Should I take him to the vet?

Rambo is such a cute kitty! I recommend taking him in to see a vet if you are noticing swelling, as he may have a sensitivity to the new tear cleaner, or may be having other issues, such as an infection, allergies, or corneal ulcers/scratches. Your vet can likely also recommend a tear stain cleaner that is safe to use and may be less irritating to Rambo's skin.
