My dog has dry eyes. My vet prescribed hialid eyedrops. I see improvement in his eyes. Is there any oral supplements which could aid his dry eyes? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 19.8 lbs

The only treatment is the topical application of eye drops to lubricate the surface of the eyes. If the eyes are not responding, then drops to decrease the body's immune response may be required.
