Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is not common to see blood during a cats heat cycle. Usually you notice behavioral signs- more vocal and more attention demanding. Female cats can also go into heat many times a year if they sense an intact male cat is around. Kisses to Percy!
