What can I put on my dog's cut nose to help it heal while traveling?

My boxer tank cut his nose. We are evacuating and are on the road. What can I get to put on his nose to heal it? Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 10 years and 2 months old | 90 lbs

If it is a small cut you can put some Neosporine ointment on the cut, however, it is likely that Tank will lick it off. If it is a large cut then he will need to be seen by a veterinarian. If the cut is not bleeding profusely you can also just leave the cut alone for now and observe it. Should it get infected, he will need to see a vet. I realize this may not be possible under the circumstances.
