I am sorry tokie is not feeling well. Unfortunately a large range of problems can cause a dog to be tired and lethargic. I would recommend a vet exam for a good physical exam to help pin point why tokie is not feeling well. With an older dog it is possible arthritis, infection, or even endocrine disease like hypothyroid is causing these changes. Your vet might want to run some blood work or take x-rays to get to the bottom of the problem. Hope Tokie feels better soon

Lethargy is always a sign of a serious problem, could be serious arthritic pain, abdominal pain, or organ disease such as kidney or liver failure, weakness, or even tumors. This warrants an urgent visit to the veterinarian for an exam and some blood work to determine the cause.
