It looks as Benji is suffering from an eye infection, it is relatively common in dogs. you will need to take him to the vet the first chance you get, the vet will check the eyes, if it is indeed a simple eye infection your vet will prescribe an antibiotic eye drops that will probably solve the problem in no time.

I'm sorry that Benji is having problems with his eye! It is concerning that his eye keeps filling up with blood, and it certainly is possible that it was caused by trauma. Normal intraocular pressure in dogs is between 10-20, so his is still high and that increased pressure is likely due to the bleeding. I'm not sure how long you have been treating Benji's eye, but if it's been a while and it's still filling up with blood, then removing the eye may be the best option. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain, but I would recommend having him seen by a veterinary ophthalmologist. They will be experts in diseases of the eye, and may be able to come up with a definitive diagnosis and offer more treatment options for Benji. I would speak to your vet about a referral to one. I hope this helps you, good luck!
