My puppy ate corn chips and pooped a lining. Is it an emergency?

My puppy accidentally ate corn chips and pooped out what looks to be a lining is this life threatening? Should I seek emergency help?

If your puppy's poop with the lining has no blood, then it is not an emergency. I would feed it bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to her regular food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the diarrhea or if it gets lethargic, it needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on.
