Why is my dog's poop yellow after deworming? Should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 3 days old | 45 lbs

Luna's poop looked yellow this morning. She was dewormed 2 days ago. Is this something serious? She is active and has normal appetite otherwise.

That could be possibly the consequence of the deworming tablet which is causing some stomach upset. I would recommend to start a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions for the next 3 days. Then gradually go back to normal diet through the following week. If the signs persist or if you notice vomiting, inappetence or lethargy a check up at your local veterinarian would be needed.
