Why is my dog 60 days pregnant with milk but no pups or weight gain?

My dog been mated about 60 days ago she has milk and some of her nipples but she's not gaining any weight and she's not nesting and I don't feel any pups. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed

Hi, it could be that Snowball has 1 pup only. Even if unusual it can occur. The best thing is to have her checked over, to see if there are any puppies and if they are in good health. Hope this helps !
