My dog's itching for months. Should I try a fish-based diet?

Pet's info: Dog | Norwich Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 20 lbs

Itching for 3months now been to vet tried meds tried nes anti itch shampoo and spray . I think we need to change to fish based foods?

Consider a consultation with a veterinary dermatologist. Discuss allergy testing, hydrolyzed diets, antihistamine use and food elimination trials with the doctor. Rule out "simple" causes, such as fleas and infections (bacterial or fungal).
