Why does my male dog keep peeing on my bed even after potty breaks?

I have a male dog and he pees on my bed he don't have a UTI and I keep my bed clean i let him out to potty right before bed but it's getting to where he does it 2-3 a week. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 8 months and 25 days old | 40 lbs

I would recommend neutering Choco. This may be behavioral. I would also check blood work on him to make sure that his kidneys are functioning properly. After checking his blood work and neutering him then I would recommend crate training Choco. This means leaving Choco in a cage when you cannot 100% watch him.
