What are these fuzzy round things in my cat's fur? Are they burrs?

I’m not sure what these little round fuzzy things are in my cat’s fur. He’s an inside cat but he does like to run out the door. My roommate also has a cat; she does not get outside. I tried to take a good photo but my phone can’t focus well on small objects. I did try to enhance the clarity of the photo though.

It is hard to see what those are in the photos. My best guess is that those are some type of cocklebur. I would not be worried about this at all. Just remove them when you see them. If you want to post again with a better photo we may be able to help you more.
