My dog has red bumps and smelly skin after boarding. What is it?

Ii took my dog to a ladies house that watches dogs , he was there for 5 days 8-2 till 8 -7 2018 ..a few days after he came home I notice he had red bumps (almost like pimples) all over him... I gave him Benadryl.. It's been over a month now and he still has the the bites along with dry smelly skin.. What can this be?? I'm giving him a bath with Mantail shampoo and spraying him with Richard Organic skin spray! Help me plz what can I do?? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | 6 years and 8 months old | 85 lbs

Cesar may have a skin infection (bacterial or fungal). Ideally, he should be physically examined by your veterinarian since he has had the condition for so long and it has resisted conservative treatment. Systemic antibiotics or anti-fungals along with an appropriate topical treatment may be indicated.
