Is it normal for my puppy to skip lunch and only eat twice a day?

Hello, I’ve been feeding my puppy three times a day. He doesn’t really eat his “lunch”. Is this normal for him? He really only seems to want to eat in the morning and the evening. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 4 months old | 10 lbs
