I am sorry Aknuu is not feeling well. If appears from the picture like Aknuu has an infection between the skin folds. I would recommend taking him to a vet for proper treatment. It could be caused by bacteria, fungal and even parasites. However it is possible something else is going on since pictures can be limiting in detail. Hope she feels better soon
