Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! No. Vetriflex is a joint supplement that can help with cartilage wearing. It is NOT a pain medication. It can help with mild discomfort in SOME dogs. It can help with cartilage damage with in the hip joint, so yes it can help hip dysplasia. Since Coco is painful it is obviously not enough for her.
