Is milky yellow liquid on my male puppy's penis after pee normal?

My 8 week old lab has a weird liquid on his wiener. Sometimes after he goes pee I'll pick him up and find a milky unclear liquid on his wiener. it just looks like milk with a hint of yellow. could this be a problem? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 26 days old

This is normal. As long as he’s urinating normally, acting normal, eating and drinking, no vomiting or diarrhea, there is no reason for concern.
