My dog has a heart murmur, is sneezing and pacing. Is it serious?

My King Charles Cavalier has a grade 3 heart murmur and this past week starting sneezing a lot and pacing.....almost like she's looking for something on the ground but there's nothing there. She paces the whole house and every room. Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 8 years and 1 month old | 21 lbs

Please arrange to have her rechecked by your vet, pacing and reluctance to lie restfully can be an indication of fluid in the lungs requiring an adjustment in medications as soon as possible. Respiratory infection is also common in dogs with heart disease and should be ruled out as soon as possible
