My dog has bumps on her chin, but she's not swollen. What's wrong?

Hi my name is Emily and my dog Lilly she’s 1 Years old and I saw These bumps on her chin 3 days ago and was wondering what they might be she likes to try to get bees but she’s not all swollen? Please let me know what you think I should do and what they are thank you have a good day. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 70 lbs
