Is it safe for spay stitches to stay in longer? When can my dog walk?

Another question, my dog Harley got spayed Aug 28 , so today (sept 7) would be 10 days after the surgery. We aren’t scheduled until Monday sept 10 to have her stitches removed, will it hurt her since they’ll be in 2 days longer? (12 days) Also can she go out on her walk or regular exercise again once the stitches are removed or should I wait 2-3 days more before taking her out? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 47 lbs
