My dog has yeast infection with black skin. What oral medicine?

My 3 yes old GSD dogs suffers from yeast infection and have a black elephant like skin on his chest plz prescribe any drugs/tabet available in india.Plz don't ask for food change.or ACV or any other cream I want a oral medicine. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | 4 years and 1 month old
