My new puppy has a warm, dry nose and mucus. Should I worry?

Hi, we baught a boerboel puppy yesterday. I have flu and now it sound if she has mucus in her nose. Her nose are warm and dry. Should i be worried. The vet opens in 6 hours? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 20 days old | 22 lbs

Theres a slight,but unlikely, chance transmission is possible. It is more likely something she picked up prior to purchase. Since she is "new", have her examined by your veterinarian to confirm good health or to diagnose and treat any pre-existing illnesses or infections.
