My dog hit her head. She seems fine now, but should I be worried?

My 3lb yorkie jumped out of my arms in our parking garage and hit her head on the cement. She was whimpering and had her eyes partly closed for a couple minutes after. Once I brought her inside she wasn’t as playful as usual and kind of just wanted to lay with me. I had to have my sister watch her while I went to an appointment and she says Daisy is acting fine but I’m still worried. I felt her all over after it happened and she didn’t act like anything hurt and she’s walking fine. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 3 lbs

If Daisy is acting normal and is not showing any abnormal symptoms, then I would continue to monitor her for now.
