My cat's front leg is in pain, but I see no injury. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 4 months old

My poor cat is just recovering from one problem,now his front leg is in pain,he use it normal when he's lying,wash his face with it,but he can't get up and stay on it,he can't walk,I have to carry him on hands even to pee,when I put him stand he can't use the paw to dig in the litter and for nothing,if he accidentally step little on it he cries from pain, there is nothing visible on the whole leg,call our vet,he said even if it's broken he will recover by himself,what could be the problem,thanks

I am sorry Tikvichko is not feeling well. If he is an outdoor cat I would be concerned about an abscess/infection or fracture/break in his bone. Most cats will heal from a broken bone over time however I would call your vet for pain medication for Tikvichko. Also I would recommend a good physical exam because if an infection is present he will need antibiotics to resolve the issue. Hope he feels better soon
