My dog is in constant pain. She is hunching her back and screaming loudly. I am very concerned and don’t know why she is in so much pain.

I would be concerned about back pain. Without a complete physical examination it is difficult to say what is causing the pain but with a hunched back it is typically back or belly pain. I would recommend a visit to your veterinarian and they can distinguish where the pain is and if x-rays are need or just medication.
