Why is my cat's front leg weak, has fever, and a painful neck?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 7 years and 8 months old | 15.4 lbs

Cat experiencing frontal limb semi paralysis for about a week, fevers come and go, bloodwork and radiology shows nothing, stiff neck with a lot of pain when touched, urinating and defecting normally, spent 1300 dollars so far and no one has any idea, desperate to find out whats wrong.

That sounds like a really tough case. You may need to talk to your vet about advanced diagnostics such as MRI or CT scan, or a referral to a specialist. Has your vet done blood cultures? Checked fungal titers? Tick-transmitted diseases? You may also discuss supportive therapies with your vet, such as cold laser therapy or medical acupuncture.
