Why does my dog have a lump on its neck? Should I be concerned?

My pup has a lump below the neck, what could be the reason for it. Is it an issue to worry about ?

These could be swollen lymphnodes and need to be examined by a veterinarian. Lymphnodes are the filter stations of the body and catch every cell or cell debris that is not wanted in the body. This could be bacteria, viruses, destroyed blood cells, inflammatory cells and cancer cells. So June could have some inflammation somewhere in the region of these lymphnodes. These lumps could also be from insect bites, or salivary cysts or similar. Please make an appointment with your veterinarian for an exam.
