My dogs tip of tongue is gone should i be worried. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 80 lbs

It is hard to give you an assessment without knowing how much of the tongue is going. As long as your dog can drink and eat and there is no neccrosis or infection on the tongue where the tongue was injured, there should be no problem.
