Why is my dog's poop yellow after recent surgery and antibiotics?

ive asked this question 3 times now with no answer, please answer me. my dogs poop is yellow. and has been for about 2 weeks. she seems ok. she is eating ok but had surgery on july 11th and has had problems since. she's taken antibiotics twice since. they did a terrible job. im kind of worried here. thanks god bless. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 2 years old | 60 lbs
