Why is my pitbull puppy limping, not eating, losing weight?

My young pitbull terrier, about 10 months old has been limping on alternating legs, one week it was his left hind leg, and the next week it was only his hind right leg and recently he has been not eating, losing a lot of wieght. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 8 months old | 65 lbs
