My puppy ate a cable. What are signs of an intestinal blockage?

My 3 month old puppy just chewed up my sons headset cable half of it us gone and I think he chewed ot up and ate it. He's pooped twice and nothing has come out. What are the signs I should watch for if something is wrong? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 11 days old | 56 lbs
