Hi, my dog Ruthie I think hit her had on the coffee table playing with our other dog. They play very rough. She has a big bump on her head. It has went down a little bit it’s been 4 days and there is still a pretty good sized bump. She has never acted any different but I am just wondering how long it takes for something like that to go down and at what point should I be concerned if it’s not going down. I did attach a photo of it now but it’s hard to tell

Ouch, poor Ruthie! It could take from a week to two weeks for the bump to go down fully. Keep an eye on it, and if it doesn't go down or gets bigger, I would take her into the vet. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
