This is an emergency. Your cant needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. She needs a thorough exam and blood work. The signs are too unspecific to pinpoint the problem without an exam. This could be a central nervous condition or weakness due to an electrolyte imbalance or a viral disease. Please take her to a vet right away.
