Is 15 hours too long for my indoor cat to not use the litter box?

My cat is inside for for around 15 hrs and dosnt toilet is this to long to be healthy he is happy to use it. Pet's info: Cat | Exotic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 11 months old | 11 lbs

It is a long time, however some cats do not like to use a cat litter box inside. I would offer him a box anyway, and show it to him. But as long as he is happy and does not appear to soil inside, I would not worry much.
