Blood in urine is usually a sign of a urinary tract infection, a bleeding tumor or can happen when your unspayed female is coming into heat. If Remy's vulva is very swollen, then it is likely she is in pre-estrus which makes her bleed. She would then urinate and blood from her uterus would mix with the urine. This would be normal. However if there is blood in her urine and she squats often peeing only a little at a time, then it is likely that she has a UTI, and she would need to be examined by your veterinarian. He will do a urinalysis, blood test to rule out kidney disease, and then she would be prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine.
