My dog in severe pain, won't eat, hard stomach. Should I go to ER?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 52 lbs

Hi, Our young dog will not eat or drink and is in pain. We have been to the vet and she gave antibiotic and told us to give linseed mix. We then went to another vet for second opinion and they did xray. They see no foreign objects, but it was xray without contrast. They did see a lot of poop inside the dog. They gave metacam injection, fluids and antibiotic injection. The dog is now in worse pain. Stomach feels hard to the touch. Should we find another vet or wait until the morning? Thank you!

Poor Luka! If she is in worse pain, yes take her into a vet immediately. I'm wondering if they have checked her uterus. I see that she isn't spayed, and a pyometra (a life threatening infection of the uterus) could be causing her symptoms. Please take her back into a vet now. Best of luck.
