My dog has sticky sores, bumps, and fur loss. What can I do?

My dog gets sores on her sometimes it comes with a bomp ,when I remove it her fur comes of an it’s sticky then it looks like a sore, what can be causing it an how do I stop it.

That looks pretty irritated. Its possible that she's got an underlying allergy, but that skin looks infected. I strongly recommend you get in to see your vet. She may need antibiotics. You can try a medicated shampoo and a some topical over the counter treatment for a few days, but if she's not improving after a few days, or if its getting worse or she starts acting sick, get her in to the vet ASAP.
