My dog's hair is growing back after anti-mange shampoo. Is it healing?

I just want to ask if the dog has mange and you just use anti mange shampoo and you can not able to go the vet. Because of some reason but the hair of this is starting to grow again is this a sign that the dog is healing ?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 3 months and 30 days old

It is very rare for a dog to have mange showing up at this age. Possible, yes, but not as likely as if the puppy was older. Chances are that mange was not the original diagnosis. It takes months to resolve and the hair to grow back with mange. I suspect that PX may have just had a bacterial skin infection. As long as what you are doing is working and PX is eating, drinking and acting normally then just continue what you are doing. If the skin does not completely clear up or gets worse then I suggest you get her to your vet for a diagnosis. Best wishes.
