My cat is aggressive, throwing up, thin, and peeing on the bed. What to do?

My cat has behavior issues and is aggressive she has been throwing up we have changed her food she is thin. She has peed on the bed as well. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 years and 3 months old
