My cat has behavior issues and is aggressive she has been throwing up we have changed her food she is thin. She has peed on the bed as well.

Hello, sorry to hear about Mrs. Kitty. It sounds like you may need to have her evaluated by your veterinarian to determine if she needs medications or more invasive diagnostics/medical treatment. There many possibilities to explain the symptoms she is having. Kidney disease, diabetes, urinary tract infection, or even inflammation of her bowel may be causing these signs. She will likely need bloodwork and potentially and abdominal ultrasound to determine and differentiate what is going with her. Hope this helps and best of luck.
