Dog hurt, can't see vet: What human pain meds are safe for dogs?

Question

Our dog was injured by a mountain lion. Is there any OTC human med we can give her to ease the immediate pain? We can't get to a vet, and will likely have to give stitches. Med dosage info as well please. Pet's info: Dog | Coonhound - blue tick | Female | spayed | 30 lbs

Please clean and flush the wounds with warm water to prevent infection. Put pressure on them if they are bleeding. You can use aspirin for pain. There is a section on this website that has information and dosages for common over the counter medications. You may need a cone so she doesn’t lick the wounds.
