Milo is beautiful! It could be that she is meowing a lot and restless because she is in heat. These are symptoms of cat going into heat, and are normal behaviors. As long as she is eating and drinking normally, using the litter normally, and is otherwise active, I would not be concerned. Good luck, I hope this helps!
