My pug licked my perfume. Is it toxic or harmful for her health?

I do not think you have to worry much. Even if your dog had ingested some of the perfume, there is not enough alcohol to hurt her. However her sense of smell may be impaired for a few hours.

This would definitely not be enough to cause any major problems and likely won't cause any problems at all. If mild diarrhea is seen, you can try fasting her for about 12 hours, then start offering small frequent meals of a bland diet such as boiled chicken and rice. The type of product is not really toxic, especially in small quantities like that. You could see some mild stomach upset or mouth irritation, but that is unlikely.
