My dog is weak, not eating, and constipated. Should I worry?

I don’t know what’s wrong with my dog she’s weak and doesn’t eat much and is constipated she drinks her water and goes pee outside but can’t poop and is really weak

Poor Pira! It sounds like she has a loss of appetite, weakness, and lack of bowel movements. This can be caused by a number of conditions ranging from infections, masses, or neurological conditions. Pira should be seen by a vet as soon as possible. I would also be happy to provide a consultation and learn more about what is going on with Pira as well as more about her age and reproductive status to give you a better idea of possible causes.
