Poor Brandi! You can try putting a cold compress on the spot where she received her vaccine to see if that helps. Leave it on for five minutes at a time a couple of times during the day. If you are concerned she is very painful, I would take her back into the vet for some pain medications. Unfortunately many human pain medications are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given, and it's illegal for me to prescribe any drugs for her without seeing her in person. Good luck!

Hello. Any vaccine can cause some residual pain, so it is possible that this is what is bothering Harlie. However, it could be something totally unrelated to the vaccine, & perhaps it is best to contact your veterinarian & have her evaluated. She may have injured a joint or muscle, or even her back. Your veterinarian can try to isolate where the pain is coming from & decide if any further treatment is needed. Good luck & thanks for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
