My dog's back legs are weak and spasm in cold weather. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 2 years and 2 months old | 20 lbs

Since 2 weeks ago,He has faced a problem with his back legs.when we take him out for walking his back legs muscles get spasm but while his home He looks normal.I need to mention that here the weather is very cold.He only has a very slight reactio,when I message into his back.Some nights He vomits somethig like jelly.Last week I took him to the doctor and he diagnosed that He might have infection in his ears and priscribed him antibiotics but they did not work.

Hello, sorry to hear about Vito. These signs could indicate early onset of arthritis in his hips or back. Other areas such as pain in his knees can also be exacerbated by cold weather. I would recommend having Vito evaluated by your veterinarian if he continues to be weak in his hind so that they can further treat his arthritis. In the interim, try walking him during the warmer parts of the day. His intermittent vomiting may be a separate issue not associated with his weak hind end. This should also be evaluated if he is doing it daily, or if he vomits more than 3-4 times in one day. Hope this helps and best of luck.
