What's causing my dog's red, bleeding rash and pink spots on her neck?

My dog has a red rash on her neck, and it has started bleeding a little. She has tiny red spots, it’s pinkish. I don’t know what this could be? I’m really worried since it started bleeding. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 53 lbs
